Benchmarks: Temperature and Noise
Overclocks on the CPU and GPU can be hazardous on relatively thin gaming laptops. Aorus manages to keep core temperatures in check for the most part, however the CPU does throttle during demanding workloads and fan noise inevitably becomes bothersome.
It is in this scenario that Nvidia's refreshed GPU line-up becomes interesting - would you swap Aorus's overclocked GTX 1070 in favour of an underclocked GTX 1070 Max-Q, knowing that temperatures and noise are likely to drop?
