An eagerly awaited title for millions of gamers and an absolute must for any Star Wars enthusiast. Star Wars Battlefront might have been lacking in content at launch, yet even so, there's something special about blasting your foes into oblivion and it's without a doubt the best-looking Star Wars game to date.
Effortlessly smooth at full HD and QHD, the GTX 1070 makes a reasonable fist of 4K. The frame rate is right in the ballpark of where Nvidia's G-Sync technology enables judder-free gaming. That said, the extra 20 per cent frame rate horsepower of the GTX 1080 really tells here.
GTX 1070 is in another league to the popular GTX 970.
