The AGP board's performance matches or eclipses that of the PCI Express version, with the slight assistance of the new driver. Speaking of new drivers, while I haven't shown the results, the CATALYST 4.11 shows significantly increased performance compared to 4.5, the last CATALYST release I tested with R360. The hidden surface removal test, using the vertex shader, is slightly slower on 66.93 with 6600 GT on AGP. The PCI Express board with 66.93 shows a similar small drop, so we can conclude the interface isn't the reason why.

Versus the Radeons, the 6600 GTs are faster across the board by up to 27%, except in the geometry processing test. The geometry performance is slower, R360's pair of vertex units outclassing the NV43's faster clocked triplet.
