Overclocking
Without the aid of additional voltage, we struggled to get the GTX 950 StormX Dual base clock much beyond 1,230MHz. An extra 10MHz introduced instability, so we opted to stay at this speed and had more luck with memory, which didn't flinch at running at an effective 8,000MHz.
Our overclocking results highlight the fact that Palit could easily have squeezed more out of the GTX 950. The StormX Dual's shipping frequencies are conservative, but it doesn't take a lot of effort to manually push the card.
