AquaMark3 & UT2003

AquaMark3

Vendor: Massive - (Website)
API: DirectX 9.0
Pixel Shader Version Supported: Unknown

AquaMark3

Reasonably strong performance in AquaMark3, just a touch ahead of a Radeon 9800 XT 256MB. A worthwhile test would be to see how a 256MB-equipped 6800 would perform here. ASUS has one in the pipeline and we have it in for review, so stay tuned.

Unreal Tournament 2003

Vendor: Epic - (Website)
API: DX8.0
Pixel Shader Version Supported: PS1.1, some limited PS1.4 shaders to render terrain in less passes

UT2003

UT2003 performance is around midway between a Radeon 9800 XT 256MB and GeForce 6800 GT 256MB card. That's probably where NVIDIA's pitching the vanilla 6800 range of cards; better than the previous generation's best but cheaper and behind its own heavyweights.
