Total War: Rome II

Providing an excellent mix of strategy and action, Total War: Rome II's epic turn-based gameplay can swallow hours of your life. Our 45-second benchmark uses the built-in Ultra preset across all resolutions.

The GTX 980 Ti Superclocked+ ACX+ is snapping at the heels of the dual-GPU Radeon R9 295X2 in Total War: Rome II. That level of performance can be attributed to the factory overclock and an implementation that allows the GPU to boost further than what's advertised. Sifting through our log files reveals that EVGA's core was running at 1,278MHz throughout the majority of our benchmarks and occasionally peaked at 1,291MHz.
