Far Cry performance
Performance is pretty close to a 640MiB card's at 1600x1200. However, notice how the smaller framebuffer becomes a limitation at the more taxing 1920x1200 4xAA 8xAF setting? The ECS 320MiB 8800 GTS falls almost 10 per cent behind the same-clocked ASUS GeForce 8800 GTS 640MiB, and most of that deficit is caused by not being able to store all the required data locally.
