Notes
All three 6-series variants go up against ATI's new X800-series of cards, all on AGP. My regular FX-51 test system provides the basis for testing. The 6-series cards use the 61.34 driver, the Radeons use the 4.5 BETA supplied to press. Image quality is to be covered in a separate article, so I skip over it in this one. Refer to the original Ultra article for some IQ analysis on the 60.72 initial review driver.Default driver optimisations for both 6-series and Radeon were enabled throughout.
