Albatron Bundle and Presentation

As you'd expect for a board at the Albatron's price point, presentation isn't too ostentatious and the bundle isn't that plentiful, but there's definitely enough to talk about.

Say hello to Dawn, NVIDIA's bewinged, bebreasted mascot, used to promote their NV3x range of GPUs. The sticker on the glossy box lets you know exactly what you're buying, 5700 GPU, 128MB of memory and TV-out are just what the doctor ordered.

The rear of the box shows off Dusk, Dawn's sister, and a clutch of multi-language feature explanations.

The bundle is actually more bountiful than I expected. You get a few of games, although they're admittedly no Half Life 2 or DooM III beaters.

Pair the games (Max Payne and Duke Nukem: Manhattan Project are the notable inclusions, always good for a quick blast) with a decent manual, cables for composite and S-Video output and you've got a half decent bundle for the price. It's not going to set the world alight with its inherent value, but it's better than nothing.

On to the second card in the trio.
