Overclocking

With no extra voltage applied, we were able to increase base and boost clocks to 1,365MHz and 1,466MHz, respectively, while memory topped out at an effective 7,860MHz. Not the highest overclock we've seen, but very easy to implement and the rewards are clear to see:

With very little effort you can coerce an extra 10 per cent performance from most custom-cooled GeForce GTX 980s.
