HIS Radeon X1650 PRO IceQ Turbo

HIS, being HIS, slaps on an Arctic Cooling cooler for the IceQ Turbo version of X1650 PRO, and clock it at 621/693, overclocked on the GPU but slightly down on the reference clock for memory (but because of the limits on how it can be clocked more than anything else).

The cooler is dual-slot, unlike the single-slot coolers on the other two boards on test. It's very quiet though (the quietest on test). You get the same output options as the other two, saving us the typing.

Presentation and Bundle

You get a backplane grill for the cooler's second slot, both DVI-to-VGA adaptors and the same cabling as the other two. Join that with a selection of games titles and you have the best bundle on test, even if some of the games are a little old. You get CyberLink DVD playback software as well, lest we forget. Nice one, HIS.

HIS provides a 2-year warranty with a service centre located in the UK. The level of servce is identical to Sapphire's, that is, returns are handled by the supplier in the first year and by a UK-based service centre in the second.
