Tiger Woods 2004

Apologies now for the less than interesting graph. No 1600x1200 result since that's not a resolution choice from within the game, no mid-range results since those cards have gone on to bigger and better things. We've simply got a nice DX9 scaling example on the two high-end boards. Like Aquamark 3, Tiger Woods 2004 using our custom best shot replay (Tarinder showing off with a hole in one on the 14th, at Bethpage) is a lot more friendly to ATI hardware than NVIDIA. While the new shader compiler does a decent job making Tiger Woods 2004 run acceptably well on the Aeolus, it's simply not as fast as the ASUS 9800XT.

Like we've mentioned dozens of times, it's quick in some tests, not so quick in others. I outline the render setups on each page, match them up to the games you play and see what fits your budget needs. That's the easiest way to see if a card is for you or not.

Let's try and wrap things up.
