Crysis 3

Homepage: Crysis.com/us/crysis-3 | Publisher: Electronic Arts | Developer: Crytek

Crysis 3 is a beautiful-looking game that continues to tax high-end systems. We've FRAPS'd a 30-second section near the start of the game, with lashing rain, numerous reflections and full DX11 pomp on show.

All cards are closely packed in Far Cry 3, which continues to put the hurt on even the very best GPUs. The £500+ models continue to hold the top spots in the chart, yet the performance gap isn't huge and, as a consequence, some of the cheaper cards are made to look particularly promising. GTX 780 is available for £375, R9 290 can be yours for £310, and both are happy playing the latest games at 1080p.
