Power, temps and noise

The under-load power figures correspond well to the performance positions; Palit's GTX 780 Ti is routinely sandwiched between the EVGA and Gigabyte.
That cooler, as found on the non-Ti variant - remains a very good choice for keeping a high-end GPU's temperature in check.
But it's not all good news. The card is programmed with an aggressive fan-speed profile, needlessly so in our opinion, with the trio of fans running at 80 per cent of maximum. We'd suggest cooling ability be sacrificed for lower noise.
