Unreal Tournament 2003

Our own custom high detail Antalus flyby test now, designed to escape the clutches of nefarious performance tweaks in drivers.

Serious Sam 2

It looks like we succeeded. Bigger numbers pushed from the NVIDIA board allow it the slight advantage as the cards are made to work harder, with the initial win for the ATI. Memory bandwidth has the most effect on final framerate in UT2003 on suitably powerful GPU's, 850MHz memory doesn't hurt the NVIDIA that's for sure.

What's nice to see, from an "is this a good driver?" perspective, is almost the same line gradient from each card, indicating similar methods of IQ being applied on both sets of hardware. Given an accepted baseline of driver quality from ATI just now, the ASUS draws UT2003 just fine.

Nearing the end of our benchmarks, the first of two new tests that I haven't run at HEXUS in the past.
