Amazing graphics and buttery-smooth gameplay makes GRID 2 one of the best racers around.
GRID 2 looks great and actually plays reasonably well at ultra-quality settings on a 4K resolution. Again, as before, the Radeon holds on to a larger proportion of its average framerate as we scale resolutions.
A locked-on 60fps would be ideal for this fast-paced racer, of course, but even the upcoming R9 290X will struggle to deliver that. Framebuffer usage in both instances is just below 2GB.
