3DMark 2001SE v330 starts the ball rolling. Remember that benchmarks will be conducted at 1024x768x32 and 1600x1200x32. Also bear in mind that both resolutions will be tested with 4x antialiasing and 8x anisotropic filtering applied. Image quality is where it's currently at.
One would expect it to be faster than the standard 9600 Pro's benchmark.
Add in some image enhancement and watch the scores tumble. Still, a genuine, worthwhile increase over a normal Pro.
The most savage settings of 1600x1200x32 and 4x antialiasing and 8x anisotropic filtering turns most of our contestants from being silky smooth runners to be more like a slideshow. That's expected, though.
