The big MSI suddenly wakes up and shows what a big clock and big memory size can do for Quake 3 performance. Fairly impressive, can it do it again with the bix pixel test?

Absolutely. Driver shenanigans aside, the card is performing as it should given the obvious spec advantage over its sibling. Quicker than the Radeon's, but we'll avoid saying just how much until we rebenchmark all the boards at a later date.
