Batman: Arkham City is a class above many games in the action-adventure genre, marrying gorgeous graphics and strong level design with potent storytelling and a kick-ass selection of gadgets and moves. It looks great in DX11, too.
Average fps performance
GTX 670 SLI is sticking to within 10 per cent of the GTX 690's numbers. Knowing that two cards cost around £650, or at least £200 less than the single-card GTX 690, the 670 SLI offers comparative value for the ultra-enthusiast gamer.
Per-second performance
All three setups drop the ball at certain points in the benchmark. Batman: Arkham City performance seems choppier than on the two preceding games, so let's see what effect this has on the per-frame performance.

The answer is surprisingly little. Only seven per cent of frames take longer than 33ms and the 40ms-plus frame times are negligible. Indeed, underscoring the 'lows' in the graphs every frame that take more than 40ms also takes more than 50ms. The game feels smooth for the most part, too.
