A 250MHz core speed and 500MHz memory speed put it a step lower than the Ti 4400 (275/550) and comfortably below the specification of the Ti 4600 (300/650). Note, this Ti 4200 has 64MB of on-board memory as opposed to the 128MB of the Ti 4400 / 4600 respectively.
