Crysis 2 may not have lived up to the expectations set by its predecessor, but with the DX11 patch and high-res textures, it's a gorgeous-looking game.

The 7770's underlying architecture hasn't lived up to its billing thus far, but it certainly shows some potential in Crysis 2.

Is this a sign of what GCN could achieve with the right software? If so, the future's bright as Sapphire's 7770 OC is comfortably quicker than a Radeon HD 6870 in this title. Though, there's something to be said about the efficiency of PC gaming; all of the sub-Ā£150 cards in our line-up struggle with Crysis 2 at 1080p with 0xAA.
