The standalone Aliens vs. Predator benchmark uses DX11 features such as hardware tessellation and advanced shadow sampling to draw and animate everyone's favourite xenomorph.
Aliens vs. Predator doesn't paint a particularly pretty picture. The Radeon HD 7770, even in its pre-overclocked Sapphire guise, isn't able to keep up with a Radeon HD 6850 in this title.
What's more of a concern for the PC gamer is that this £140-odd card is only just able to deliver 30 frames per second at a full-HD resolution with medium image quality.
