We couldn't aurally discern the difference between the reference card and XFX's noise (on Standard BIOS) and neither could the noise meter. Both cards are nice and quiet when under load, producing a gentle hum more than an annoying screech. Whack on the Enthusiast BIOS and the decibel figure rises to 44.3db - an altogether different proposition!
