The standalone Aliens vs. Predator benchmark uses DX11 features such as hardware tessellation and advanced shadow sampling to draw and animate everyone's favourite xenomorph.
AvP shows that, using medium-quality settings, the DX11 benchmark is only smooth at a 720p resolution on the HD 6670. Tellingly, HD 5770 is over 50 per cent faster, which is significant when the frame-rates hover around 30fps.
