Bundle and warranty
The package ships with Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts, and Warmonger - two decent gaming titles that will push the card when played at high resolutions.

Two full-retail games aren't bad, we suppose, and, as usual, there's everything to get you up and running. Being a 'new' product, we'd recommend downloading drivers from NVIDIA's site, which you can find here.
Warranty
The Inno3D
GeForce GTX 285 OVERCLOCK is sold with a European-standard two-year
warranty
that's handled through the
retailer, so make sure to choose a vendor that you trust will be
around for the duration. The third year's cover, however, is specific
to the iChiLL line only. The warranty is transferable, though.
Inno3D states that
retailers will replace any defective (non-physically damaged) cards
that are still under
warranty directly from their own stock, so turnaround time should be
quick. As always, purchase from (r)etailers that you trust; the asking
price is more than just delivery of the product.
Pre-benchmark summary
Priced at around £340, which is some £25
more than a
stock-clocked GeForce GTX 285, Inno3D's effort seems reasonable on
first
glance. A lack of shader-speed overclocking
counts against it slightly.
