Poorly coded or just fiercely intensive on GPU hardware? It's hard to say, but Watch Dogs: Legion requires some serious horsepower with very high quality settings and raytracing enabled. Games as demanding as this are a perfect showcase for Nvidia's DLSS technology, which when set to the quality preset, can be used to increase the average 4K framerate from 40 to 63 frames per second.
