Overclocking

We managed an extra 80MHz on the core and 1,000MHz for the memory.

It's telling that the overclocked KFA2 is still slower than the out-the-box MSI Gaming X Trio.

Overclocking is just not worth it on the RTX 3080. Manufacturers are playing it very close to the wire to begin with, and there's not enough incentive to clock the boards higher and risk returns.
