Overclocking
Light overclocking on modern GeForce cards has become child's play thanks to the introduction of automated scanning tools. With the click of a button, our review sample scaled to 1,866MHz, which translated to real-world speeds of between 1,950MHz and 1,980MHz. Memory climbed to an effective 15.8Gbps, though attempting to reach a full 16Gbps did introduce signs of instability.
The free performance uplift can be useful at the 4K resolution, and takes very little time or effort to unearth.
