It's a case of our retail trio waiting on the CPU, which is an AMD Athlon 64 4000+, to feed them with more data. Performance simply doesn't deteriorate as resolution is increased.



But it does do so when 4x AA and 8x AF are introduced. Only the overclocked BFG and XFX cards beat out a stock-clocked ATI RADEON X850 XT PE at the highest setting.
