Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory

Splinter Cell NoIQ

Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory runs pretty poorly, even at 640x480. Adding IQ options really doesn't help things, surprisingly. The Shader Model 3.0 path on the NVIDIA card, which it can run, is laughable performance wise. A modern game engine that really needs modern hardware to get good performance.

Both system-memory-reliant boards are much happier playing something like UT 2004 at up to 1024x768 or so, even with anti-aliasing and some improved texture filtering. DX8-class games and lower are your best bets for satisfactory gaming on HyperMemory and TurboCache products.
