Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory

The same batch of settings were used for Spinter Cell: Chaos Theory, which has a similar HDR rendering mode that utilises a tone mapping pass in a fragment program.

SLI beats a single board with a pair of Ultras besting a single 7800 GTX. On average, a single 7800 GTX is around 35% faster than a single 6800 Ultra.

With IQ enhancements turned on, the 7800 GTX nudges ahead versus the 6800 Ultra and the same goes for SLI, too. Huge performance increases aren't to be had at those settings, though.

At the highest resolution, 7800 GTX is 45% faster versus a single 6800 Ultra and in SLI it's nearly 70% faster than a pair of 6800 Ultras. Like Far Cry, the HDR rendering mode for Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory is where you'll see the biggest gains with 7800 GTX and G70.
