Here's where we reckon Palit has left room for improvement. Our review sample happily ran at around 1,905MHz when gaming, but in order to keep temperature to 70ºC, fan speed increases to 75 per cent (almost 2,000RPM). The end result is a card that's noisier than average, and we wonder if Palit could have kept fan speeds lower by adopting a less aggressive temperature target.
