The latest instalment in the Gears of War series delivers heart-stopping action and the developers at The Coalition deserve genuine credit for proving that high-profile ports can be every bit as stunning as their console counterparts, if not more so.
Here's a funny one. No matter how many times we ran it, performance in Gears of War 4 remained well below par. We'd expect another 20-30 per cent, at the least. Make of that what you will.
