Power, Temperature and Noise
The biggest difference between performance-comparable GeForce and Radeon cards tends to be power consumption. Such a statement has been true a good while now, and as we have continually referenced the relative performance parity between RTX 2060 and RX Vega 56, here are three benchmarks that play heavily in the green team's favour.
Built on a more efficient architecture, RTX 2060 is able to keep cooler and quieter than its rival. Sure, partner RX Vega 56 cards do a better job, but there's no getting away from the fact that Nvidia enjoys a comfortable lead here, as it can produce smaller cards that don't make a racket.
