The latest instalment in the Gears of War series delivers heart-stopping action and the developers at The Coalition deserve genuine credit for proving that high-profile ports can be every bit as stunning as their console counterparts, if not more so.

It's worth remembering that we are looking at the performance of the original GTX FE card compared to an aftermarket RTX 2080. If we compared it to an aftermarket, overclocked GTX 1080 Ti the gap would be bigger.
