Overclocking

For our overclocking tests we added no extra voltage but increased the power target, allowing us to run with base and boost clocks of 1,635MHz and 1,749MHz, respectively. Memory, meanwhile, didn't quibble when set to 11.9Gbps, and though the overclock is minor, the heightened power target lets the GPU stretch its legs.

Our logs show the card hitting peak speeds of 2,025MHz with the overclock in place, resulting in a healthy gain in performance.
