Gaming - FHD
Intel positions 10th Gen as the premier destination for gaming. It already has that crown with the Core i9-9900K(S) chips, of course, and it's now summarily handed over to the Core i9-10900K.
At a FHD resolution and RTX 2080 Ti in tow, the range-topper is between 15-20fps faster than AMD's best. That's a decent return, all things considered, which is naturally helped on by a few cores running at above 5GHz.
The story is not as pronounced for the 10600K, however. You would find it very difficult to visually determine its marginally higher framerate than the Ryzen 5 3600X's.
