You really aren't going to stress a modern power supply with any of these chips run alongside a single high-end GPU. Taking away that video card and running integrated graphics alone drops the load power consumption, either 2D or 3D, to below 100W for the four referenced processors. Efficiency is good with the best mainstream CPUs in 2018.
