Benchmarks: Unigine, Battlefield BC2 and Crysis Warhead
With the overclock in place, extreme tessellation performance - measured using the Unigine DX11 benchmark - jumps over 17 per cent. That's enough to overtake the world's fastest single graphics card - Sapphire's Radeon HD 5970 TOXIC 4GB.
Not such a significant gain in Battlefield: Bad Company 2, though, with performance rising by around four per cent.
The GPU-crippling Crysis makes good use of the overclock, with the CoolIT-cooled card offering almost 16 per cent better performance than a reference GTX 480.
