Code Named the "CORE"
We have just had a leak from someone at CPUfx, this is their latest Heatsink, it is CNCed from Aluminum, and looks like a serious bit of kit!

Here is the unit "assembled" it is ready to rock and roll here.
Here is the heatsink mounted on the motherboard, it uses the 4 holes which are located around the Socket interface to mount.

Some results This unit runs a :-
PIII700 @ 1050 19c with a 80w peltier. or 26c without a pelt
Duron 600@ 800Mhz at 27c under 100% load
This unit is expected to hit the market in 2 weeks, they are running the final production run, it will ship with the fan, a tube of copper thermal paste and a copper DTS-400 shim. The price is as yet underdetermined.
