Performance

Our Core i5-3570K is overclocked to 4.4GHz and subjected to full load for a good 30 minutes. Yet, with a quality be quiet! Dark Rock 3 cooler most modern chassis are able to cope with such demands with relative ease. The Nanoxia isn't the coolest of the bunch, but with fans dialled down to low it delivers good out-the-box performance.

Are the front fans managing to draw enough air? Yep, it appears so, though other competing chassis do have an upper hand with regards to GPU cooling performance.

Cooling performance is adequate, but here's the real highlight: Deep Silence 5's sound-proofing works a treat. It's never going to be 'silent' of course, but it can be extremely quiet. With our test platform idling it's hard to tell the system is turned on, and when gaming noise levels rise to a constant hum but nothing more. Not bad for an overclocked and SLI'd machine.
