Accessories and Bare Chassis

Accessories

Very few accessories ship with the SG-03. A small box contains the HDD rails, a little bag of screws, a power adapter and some cable straps. There's also a manual printed on the funky matte paper SilverStone uses.

Bare Chassis

With the outer panels removed, we get our first proper look at the internal layout. The first thing that catches the eye is the cross-brace running front-to-back at the lower part of the chassis.

This serves three purposes. First, it holds the 3.5in floppy/media drive in place. Then it gives support to the PSU once that's fitted. Finally, it adds considerable structural rigidity – once it's fixed in place with the three screws provided.
