Rayman $ confirmed
Ubisoft have today confirmed that Rayman 4 will be coming to current and next gen consoles this year.
The Rayman series began in September 1995 for the Atari Jaguar, and on August 28 in 1996 for Sony Playstation and Sega Saturn. Rayman was a traditional side-scrolling platform game which revolves around the titular character's quest to save his world from the evil Mr. Dark. The new game promises to be 'very different' from previous games.
"Rayman is one of the brands that encapsulate Ubisoft’s ability to create characters and universes that appeal to all kinds of players," said Yves Guillemot, chief executive officer at Ubisoft. "We are expecting this new Rayman video game to sweep players off their feet."
