As you can see from the screenshot below, Facely HD offers a fresh look that strays away from the simple design of many Facebook apps. It's vibrant in colour and swipe-based controls are smooth and intuitive. It stands out from the crowd with the ability to customise the interface to your heart's content, changing fonts, colours and even giving you the ability to create your own themes.
You can upload photos or videos from your iPad direct to Facebook and, unlike most apps, you can tag your friends in posts. Other features include live chat, link sharing and the ability to browse friends' galleries on the big screen. We've experienced some slow loading times, but if the developer can fix this then Facely HD would be our preferred choice of Facebook app.
