Any hookers?
When I heard that Midway was releasing a videogame called ‘This Is Vegas’, I presumed it was another one of those half-arsed attempts to make playing the slot machines, spinning the roulette wheel and shuffling through a long drawn out Texas Hold’em match seem fun and exciting. But…it’s not!This is Vegas will obviously be set in Las Vegas, but it will be a lifestyle and an open world where we’ll not only be able to gamble, but also party, fight and even drive through the neon-lit strip. Midway Games say that ‘This is Vegas’ will allow gamers to fill out their wildest dreams (I bet it doesn’t…they’d be disgusted if they knew what mine was) and will be released on Xbox 360 and PS3 in the last quarter of 2008.
"Whether it's partying in the hottest night clubs, racing in underground circuits, testing your luck at the tables or getting into a barroom brawl, This is Vegas has it all.". Will there be hookers though? We’ll have to wait and see.
