80’s classic gets a thorough updating
Ahh Ghostbusters, an absolute classic of a film. Well, I liked it anyway. The slapstick humour, the subtle gags and special effects were, at the time, brilliant. Bill Murray was in his prime and even Dan Aykroyd was funny… and I’m not a big fan of his.Back then the Commodore 64 was the most powerful gaming/home computer and though Ghostbusters the game was fun, it completely failed to capture the fun it must be to go around blasting everything in sight with an unlicensed nuclear accelerator… Which is exactly where Ghostbusters The Video Game aims to kick off, bringing you all the fun of the film, voice by the original actors but without the massive bill for damages after you’ve fried a room.
