Ubisoft save its best till last

Assassin’s Creed II
Publisher: Ubisoft
Developer: Ubisoft Montreal
Release Date: November 20, 2009

The first Assassin’s Creed pushed the boundaries of the Xbox 360 in many ways. From a graphical and technical viewpoint it was a masterpiece of creativity, but the movie-set façade couldn’t hide the fact that the gameplay lacked variety and challenge. Ubisoft says that it has took on board feedback from the community. With over two years of intensive development by the original creative team, Assassin's Creed 2 will offer more variety in missions, new gameplay elements, diverse weapons and a profound character progression. Assassin’s Creed showed great promise for the franchise and we can't wait to see how it's evolved.

Title: Dead Rising 2
Developer: Blue Castle/ Capcom
Publisher: Capcom
Release Date: TBA 2009

Kicking zombie ass had never been as much fun as it was in Dead Rising. Dead Rising 2 looks set to up the ante and will feature thousands of zombies and a brand new location of the gambling paradise of Fortune City to explore and conquer. Expect also to be able to pick up a host of new in-game objects that can all be used as deadly weapons to stave off the zombie assault, including a motorbike!

The game will be set several years after the infamous zombie invasion of Willamette. Unfortunately for man-kind, but luckily for us, the zombie virus was not contained at the conclusion of Dead Rising, spreading unchecked throughout the United States.

Hopefully we haven't made any glaring ommisions. There are a number of games that we didn't put on the list, purely because we don't know a firm release date. The likes of Diablo 3 and Starcraft 2 may well slip to 2010. Among those games that we have mentioned, there are many others worthy of note, including Little Big Planet for PSP, Guitar Hero 5, Professor Layton and Pandora’s Box, Resident Evil The Darkside Chronicles and The Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks.

Head for the HEXUS.community forums to let us know which games are top of your list.

The only good ones as per my point of view . are HALO 3 ODST / KH 358/2 / ACII / COD4-2
Left 4 Dead 2
CoD MW2
I will probably get the likes of Batman, Assassins Creed 2, CoD MW2, Brutal Legend, Ghostbusters and then I will grab a few others later down the line when they are cheaper like Wolfenstein and Final Fantasy possibly the new Splinter Cell with dead rising and dirt 2 once the hype has dropped, along with it the price.

Can't believe Brutal Legend is missing off that list. Can't wait for Rocktober to come around :D The sound track on this game alone should put a smile on metal fans faces.
Here's the entire list…

Batman Arkam Asylum
Dissidia: Final Fantasy
Rock Band: The Beatles
Forza Motorsport 3
Colin McRae: Dirt 2
WET
Halo 3: ODST
Ninja Gaiden Sigma 2
FIFA 10
Dead Space Extraction
Operation Flashpoint: Dragon Rising
Kingdom Hearts 358/2 days
Uncharted 2: Among Thieves
Tekken 6
Dragon Age: Origins
Modern Warfare 2
Assassin’s Creed II
Dead Rising 2

Out of all out them, I'm just interested in Batman: Arkam Asylum and Assassin’s Creed II.

Tekken 6 will be same ole, same ole. Might check out DiRT 2 if I'm bored. Dead Space: Extraction might have been good, but it's Wii only.

Not really interested in the Halo series at all.

Modern Warfare 2 doesn't grab me at all either.
I'm interested in COD6 (or whatever they like to call it now), Operation Flashpoint, Forza 3 and possibly Batman since the demo was fun.
