The original title Operation Flashpoint: Cold War Crisis sold over 1 million copies and revolutionised military gaming by enabling the player to control and command not just soldiers of all ranks but also land, sea and air vehicles. Covering a vast 220 km² island, the Operation Flashpoint 2 environment is a comprehensive simulation of a real world location creating a living breathing war zone of immense detail and scope. It looks incredible.
