The Boxhead series is something of an acquired taste as the control method is more reminiscent of a ZX81 shooter… that said, it gets frantic really fast and though there’s no real pick-ups or upgrades to speak of, using the environment to stem the flow of zombies is key to surviving… and watch out for the Devil!
