SW 500 subwoofer

On to the sub woofer.

Yet more shininess, and that's not a spirit level in the middle, rather another pretty red light.

The sub is roughly the size of the two DS 500 speakers put together. Does that make it a 'meaty subwoofer'? We'll let you discuss that amongst yourselves.

There are just three knobs/buttons on the subwoofer. There's a power switch, a bass control and a volume control. Makes sense, really.

The I/O panel of the subwoofer is identical to that of the speakers, save an LED on/off switch.

The bundle is essentially the same as the speakers, with a manual, guarantee card, power cable, RCA and optical (not present in this picture) cables, but no speaker cable (for obvious reasons). Again, enough to get the product setup, regardless of whether it'll be connected to abit's speakers or not.

That's 6" of subwoofer, right there.

Both speakers and subwoofer look very nice; certainly wouldn't be out of place in the living room. However, our biggest concern would be that those lovely shiny fronts would be easily scratched. Take care with them, we suggest.
